Whether you need a full set of floor plans or just a single plan for a complex building, I can deliver drawings tailored to your team’s needs.
Sections
Sections are produced directly from floor plan data, ensuring consistency across documents and providing a reliable cross-reference for any required alterations.
Elevations
From external elevations to internal sections, I provide precise drawings tailored to your requirements - whatever your project demands.
Topographical Surveys
With modern laser scanning replacing traditional Total Stations, I can deliver accurate topographical surveys - from urban sites to private gardens.
Quality Assurance
If you have a completed set of drawings or models - or even one in progress - I can provide independent quality checks, identifying errors and delivering a clear corrections report to support your team’s workflow.
Rights of Light Surveys
With experience in rights of light surveys, I understand exactly what needs to be included (and excluded) to meet client requirements with confidence.
Area Calculations
GIA, NIA, IPMS2 or IPMS3 - whichever standard you require, I produce area documents in line with RICS Guidance (RICS Code of Measuring Practice 6th Edition, May 2015 and RICS Property Measurement 2nd Edition, January 2018).
Verticality Checks
I am able to provide verticality checks that can be reported either as deviation values in millimetres from a reference line, or visually through multiple section cuts (for example, every 100mm across a wall).
Revit Models
With extensive experience in creating and QA’ing Revit models, I can support smaller projects where time allows. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and I’ll be happy to advise.
